Quotes and bookings
Quotes are based on prices available at the time and can change until your booking is paid and confirmed. A booking is confirmed when we send you written confirmation.
Payments
We accept naira bank transfer, dirhams and card. Deposit amounts and payment deadlines to confirm. Airline tickets usually need full payment before they can be issued.
Changes and cancellations
Airlines, hotels and tour operators set their own change and cancellation rules, and we pass these on to you. Our own service fee for changes or cancellations is to confirm.
Visas
We prepare and file visa applications on your behalf, but the decision belongs to the embassy or immigration authority. We cannot guarantee approval. Government visa fees are usually non-refundable.
Your travel documents
You are responsible for having a valid passport, the right visas and any health documents needed for your trip. We will tell you what is required, but please check your documents before you travel.
Travel insurance
We strongly recommend travel insurance for every trip. We can arrange travel insurance for you on request.
Our responsibility
We act as an agent for airlines, hotels and other suppliers. We are not responsible for their delays, cancellations or changes, but we will always help you find the best solution.
